Live, Local Musical Entertainment Series Live @ the KCT Returns to Unicorns.LIVE

Kelowna, BC - Rebellious Unicorns Production Company Inc. (RUPC) is pleased to announce the return of their live, local music series Live @ the KCT airing on the streaming platform, Unicorns.LIVE. Live @ the KCT: Black Box Edition will feature four, 45-60 minute live performances over two days, Saturday, February 27, 2012 and Sunday, February 28, 2021, live-streamed from the Black Box Theatre at the KCT in Kelowna. This round of the limited series is a partnership between RUPC, Unicorns.LIVE and Kelowna-based music group, LegionHQ.

(RUPC) and Unicorns.LIVE are launching a new series with the aim of creating awareness of and ending the stigma that surrounds mental health issues, while helping those in need to find support. #1Million Campaign: Breaking Down Barriers in Mental Health seeks to shed a candid light on what it's like to access services from a variety of perspectives, mainly mental health professionals. The series is a collaboration between Unicorns.LIVE and You Are Collective (YAC). #1Million Campaign: Breaking Down Barriers in Mental Health debuts on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 1:00 pm PST on the streaming service, Unicorns.LIVE, and will air bi-weekly (returning March 9, 2021) at 12:30 pm PST.

(RUPC) and Unicorns.LIVE are teaming up with a number of Kelowna’s drag artists to produce a live-streamed Christmas special to raise funds for a local LGBT2Q+ youth group. We Care: A Drag Christmas Special will be broadcast on the streaming service, Unicorns.LIVE, on Sunday, December 20, 2020 beginning at 7:00 pm (PST), and is presented by Interior Savings. All funds raised during the performance will be donated to the Etcetera Youth Group.

Unicorns.LIVE brings live music back to Kelowna Community Theatre on September 19

Kelowna, BC - Rebellious Unicorns Production Company Inc. (RUPC) and the Kelowna Community Theatre (KCT) are teaming up to bring live music back to the city in a safe and physically-distanced way. Kelowna-based rock band, Lucky Monkey, will perform at the KCT on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 7:00 pm (PDT), with the show being broadcast on the new streaming service, Unicorns.LIVE. The concert serves as a pilot project for an on-going partnership with KCT to provide live-streamed entertainment offerings while large gatherings are still prohibited due to the pandemic.
