Join us for the 4th annual Indigenous and Proud, now expanded to two vibrant locations: Kamloops and Oliver. This year’s celebration promises to be the most spectacular yet, featuring a dazzling lineup of Indigenous performers from Canada’s Drag Race. THESE TICKETS ARE FOR KAMLOOPS ON OCTOBER 4th. 

Each year, September 30 marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. The day honours the children who never returned home and Survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities. Public commemoration of the tragic and painful history and ongoing impacts of residential schools is a vital component of the reconciliation process.

This event is produced by Rebellious Unicorns in partnership with Ella Lamoureux.

Show Details:

  • Increased seating capacity with double the usual availability 70% of seats will be reserved for those ticket holders
  • Ticket options:
  • General Admission - no guaranteed seat
  • Reserved Seating - guaranteed seat close to the stage (70% of seats will be reserved. You will be able to pick which row you are in during check out
  • Reserved High Top Tables (3 or 4 seats, full table reservation required) This is on a raised platform behind the reserved seating. 
  • Doors open at 6:30 PM, Show starts at 7:30 PM

Kaos
Kaos is a dynamic, two-spirit drag queen who boldly represents their Métis heritage. Hailing from Winnipeg, Kaos captured the hearts of fans across the nation as a standout on Season 3 of Canada’s Drag Race. Known for their unapologetic honesty and fearless approach to life, Kaos uses their platform to share a powerful journey of recovery and resilience. Their performances are a mesmerizing fusion of singing, dancing, gymnastics, and camp, all woven together with a deep connection to culture. Constantly on the move, Kaos continues to inspire and entertain, bringing their unique artistry to stages everywhere.

Ilona Verla
As seen on S1 of Canadas Drag Race, Ilona Verley is the first openly 2 spirit contestant to compete on the Drag Race franchise & has been featured in Vogue Magazine, Out Magazine & many more for her representation and advocacy of her First Nations people.

Known for her Monochromatic pastel looks, Ilona’s performance style lives between Ethereal and cheeky touching on her angelic & chaotic natures that keep her balanced as an artist!

Chelazon Leroux

Chelazon (she/he/they) is a two-Spirit Dene First Nations Multidisciplinary Artist and
appeared on Canada's Drag Race(third season). Chelazon's artistic pursuits
include: Drag, stand-up comedy, and social media content creation.

Chelazon uses her Indigenous identity— as a status member of Buffalo River Dene Nation (Treaty 10) and family ties to Fond Du Lac First Nation (Treaty 8) —as the foundation for her creative works. Chelazon is best known for her Auntie persona
and Tiktok posts. Chelazon uses her social media influence to educate and entertain audiences worldwide.

Beth
Beth is a Métis, Two-Spirit drag performer who appeared in the second season of Canada’s Drag Race. Combine beauty, comedy and all out entertainment and you have Beth!

Ella Lamoureux
Ella Lamoureux  @kaskakween is one of the founding performers of the Kelowna drag scene. From Kelowna’s Next Drag Superstar drag competition, Embodiment, #2muffs1collr, to recent star on Call Me Mother, Ella has carved out her place as one of the most influential and stunning drag performers in Kelowna. A makeup artist by trade, Ella will eternally tease you with her beauty. But, watch out if you displease her — that tongue is quick and sharper than you think! She’s generally “as sweet as cherry pie” and she brings so much love and joy to the community. A true charmer, Ella Lamoureux is Kelowna’s Sweetheart.

Jaylene Tyme

As one of Canada's premier celebrity impersonators, Jaylene Tyme brings glamour and sophistication to her uncanny character portrayals. A beloved mainstay in Vancouver's Drag family, Jaylene is a proud two-spirit indigenous trans woman and leader within the LGBTQ2S+ community. She holds the title of Empress 35 of Vancouver BC and is Heir Apparent- 1st in line of succession to Queen Mother I of the Americas- Empress Nicole the Great. 

She believes that it is important to celebrate the power of community by contributing to the energy of our world with passion and positivity. Together with each other, we have the opportunity to inspire and educate.  Our identities, beautifully diverse and wonderfully unique.

Rez Daddy

Rez Daddy is looking for honeys to spoil. He's got baby mama drama, blankets on his windows, and a beat up car. He has performed all across the Okanagan and Vancouver with his big Uncle energy. He has been voted Silver winner of Penticton's Best Drag Artist three years in a row! Looking to snag? He's your guy. Rez Daddy is here to tease and please with his frog butt and beer gut.
