About the Performers:

Jesse Lee Schulte is an up-and-coming STAR! He is an exciting new talent making waves across the music community. At just 22 his original songs, style, and masterful ability to grasp the essence of this generation makes him stand head and shoulders above the rest.

His multiple talents include singing, writing, producing, arranging and has co-produced all the songs.

I ponder through life stating my everlasting truths. When it comes to music I sipped into all genres . Most comfortable in my alternative state of mind.  I put my own self into my music, creative thought, experience , and stories. To have deep connections with my following.

Jon "the Mexinadian" Velarde Having grown up in both Mexico and Canada, Jon's taste in music has been influenced by anything and everything in between Latino cumbias and Canadian folk music. Deeply rooted in R'n'B, rock, and pop music, Jon channels his soul via rhythmic guitar, singing, and percussions.

Jon has historically been a supporting musician but is now working on creating his own music. Look out for his spicy Mexican rhythms combined with a calm Canadian twist!

Matt Stern is known for infectious melodies, uplifting energy, and an ability to inspire a sense of community in a diverse crowd.

Born in Montreal and currently based on Vancouver Island, he has been a featured performer at the Campbell Bay Music Festival, the Victoria French Festival, Canadian Music Week, POP Montreal, Enoshima Music Festival in Japan, the 1st World Outgames, CBC’s Home from the Vinyl Café, Festival M comme Musique in France, Coup de coeur francophone, and the Festival d'été de Vancouver.

Praised by Radio-Canada International for promoting body positivity and diversity, Matt has received awards from the LA Film Awards & the KASHISH Film Festival in Mumbai for his original music videos.

Published for Precious and Sacred, a book dedicated to Indigenous children, and featured twice on, Matt performs in Japanese, French, English and Spanish and has been featured in Exclaim!, Italy’s Periodico Daily and on Let’s Go There (Channel Q) in Los Angeles. His music video You’re Magic was picked up by Mtl Blog and went viral within 24 hours. Recently, his video Take It or Leave It, compiled during quarantine from clips submitted by fans, was picked up by Victoria Buzz and achieved the same result.

His latest album, Take It or Leave It, was released in 2020 on all platforms and its first music video, Full Moon, was screened at the Victoria Film Festival. That same week, the first single Don’t Tell Me was syndicated on CBC and picked up by shows across the country while French singles Dans mes rêves and Droit devant were broadcast on Radio-Canada. A feature in Addicted Magazine characterized Matt’s recent album as “beautiful music that makes you feel seen and safe.”

Matt recently released his first full-length French album. It has garnered him nominations at the Western Canadian Music Awards and the Canadian Folk Music Awards and he was subsequently selected to be a featured performer at the Chant'Ouest tour.
