At Rebellious Unicorns, we’ve heard your feedback loud and clear! We know that finding your tickets hasn’t always been the smoothest process. From emails landing in spam to typos in email addresses, it’s been a bit of a challenge for some of you to get your hands on your tickets. Well, not anymore! 🎉

We’ve upgraded our ticketing system to make things easier and stress-free for everyone. Here’s everything you need to know about the new and improved ways to access your event tickets:

What’s New?

1. Improved Email Delivery:
   We’ve revamped our email processing system to reduce the chances of ticket emails landing in your spam folder. While we’ve made improvements, it’s still a good idea to double-check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see your tickets in your inbox.
   
   
2. Website Upgrade:
   You can now access your tickets directly from your order status page on our website! No more digging through emails or wondering if you entered the wrong email address at checkout.

How to Find Your Tickets

Option 1: From Your Order Confirmation Email

1. Open your order confirmation email.
2. Click the “View Your Order” button.
3. This will take you to your Order Status page on our website.
4. Give the page a few moments to load – your tickets will appear as a link at the top of the page.
5. Click the link, and voilà – your tickets are ready to download or print!

Option 2: Log Into Your Account on Our Website

1. Go to our website and log into your account.
   • On desktop: Click the little person silhouette in the upper right corner.
   • On mobile: Tap the “hamburger” menu (three lines in the top left corner), then scroll to the bottom and click the human icon labeled “Log In.”
   • Use your Shopify Shop account or the email you used to purchase your tickets.
2. Once logged in, go to the Orders section.
3. Click on the order associated with your tickets.
4. At the top of the screen, you’ll see Ticket Details with links to all your tickets.
5. Just like Option 1, give it a few moments to load, and you’re all set!
