Let's Go Girls a Boot Stomping Success!
The "Let's Go Girls!" Shania Twain Themed drag show was an absolute blast, and I'm thrilled to have been a part of it. This incredible event brought together over 600 people across three cities, spanning 30 hours of non-stop entertainment. From Kamloops on Friday night to Vernon brunch on Saturday morning, and finally wrapping up in Kelowna on Saturday night, the energy and excitement never let up.
The stunning performers at the event were nothing short of extraordinary. Farrah Nuff and Nada Nuff from Calgary, Jaylene Tyme from Vancouver, and Ella Lamoureux from Kelowna all brought their A-game, delivering unforgettable performances that left the crowds cheering for more. From the incredible costumes to the jaw-dropping choreography, every detail was thoughtfully crafted to transport us into the world of Shania Twain.
As someone who attended the event, I can say without hesitation that the energy in the room was absolutely electric. People were dancing, singing along to their favorite Shania Twain hits, and having the time of their lives. I even wore ear plugs, but my ears are still ringing from all the screaming and wild excitement!
But most importantly, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and supported 2SLGBTQ+ talent. By coming together to celebrate this incredible community, we not only had a great time, but we also showed our support for a group that often faces discrimination and marginalization. This event was a powerful reminder of the importance of celebrating diversity and standing up for what's right.
In conclusion, the "Let's Go Girls!" Shania Twain Themed drag show was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will never forget. From the incredible performers to the enthusiastic crowd, every moment was filled with joy and celebration. So let's raise a glass to all the amazing people who made this event possible, and let's keep the energy going as we continue to support and uplift the 2SLGBTQ+ community!
