Kelowna - Rebellious Unicorns (RU) are pleased to present: A Sip with Sparkle “Unicorn day!” on Friday, April 8th starting at 6:30PM at the Okanagan Spirits distillery in downtown Kelowna.

A Sip with Sparkle is one of RU’s newest and sassiest events. Featuring the wonderful creations of Kelowna’s queen of cocktails Sparkle, each event promises to be informative, a little lot bit inflammatory, and always innovative. Joining her for this special event will be Kelowna’s own Two-Spirit Goddess Ella Lamoureux.

For Friday's theme, we invite you to come celebrate National Unicorn Day with us! To be honest once we saw this totally real and important holiday, we knew we had to celebrate the only way we know how - with the craziness of a Sip with Sparkle!

What is A Sip With Sparkle?

She twinkles, she glistens, she sparkles…and she’s the Okanagan’s cocktail queen! Join the glimmering drag star Sparkle for A Sip with Sparkle, as she concocts a bevy of beverages live in person and on the interwebs. Known for her energy, charisma, sassy wit, and fabulous blonde hair — Sparkle serves up a delicious combination of glamour, alcohol, and witty repartee. With locally sourced ingredients and step-by-step instructions on how to create these luscious libations, you’ll be sipping (and, perhaps, snort-laughing) your way through each episode. Sounds fabulous, n’est-ce pas?

Tickets are $20+GST and include a welcome drink plus samples of Sparkle’s creations.

Founded in 2017, Rebellious Unicorns is a 100% LGBT2Q+ owned events, broadcasting and media production company, dedicated to leading positive change in the Okanagan and curating inclusive events, experiences, and programming that bring people together.
